The issuance or denial of the above mentioned permits are subject to appeal. If an appeal is to be lodged, it shall be recieved by the Development Appeal Board within 14 days from the date of this notice. An appeal fee is applicable.
Our next meeting is Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Development applications must be recieved no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, July 29, 2010. Applications received after this deadline will be dealt with at the August 16, 2010 meeting.
