The latest Development Permits approved by the Development Authority in accordance with Land Use Bylaw No 1722 are posted here as a way of informing the public of new development in the MD of Taber.

Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted. 

DISCRETIONARY USES:

No Permits Issued

Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for the appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice.
