Discretionary Uses: DP 110-24; Lot 3 Blk 1 PL 1211248 within SW 30-9-18-W4 - Car port solar array DP 157-24; Lot 1 Blk 4 PL 1812424 within SW 9-10-16-W4 - Existing 980 sq ft mobile home (temporary) DP 160-24; Lot 3 Blk 37 PL 1711853 within NW 15-10-13-W4 - Construct 7,200 sq ft shop (Industrial Class C) Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. |
