Disc Golf

Please note

The MD of Taber Disc Golf Course will be closed for a Tournament on August 10th. The course will be closed to the public for the day to accommodate the event and reopen on Sunday, August 11th. If you are interested in participating visit discgolfscene.com to register.

Disc golf, also known as frisbee golf, is played much like golf, but instead of a club and ball, players throw plastic flying discs at specially designed targets. All you need is a little bit of time, a disc or frisbee, and the MD of Taber's new 9-hole (par 29) course located in the river bottom west of the Taber Municipal Park and the Highway 864 McLean Bridge.

The course is free and accessible to the public on a first come/first serve basis with parking available at the Taber Municipal Park main parking lot.

Hole number one is located just west of the McLean Bridge. Scorecards, course maps and rules are available below for printing or can be found on the UDisc Golf App for iPhone and Android users or by visiting the website. Check local sporting goods stores and game stores for regulation discs.
