Purpose: Proposed operation of a wood furniture construction business (Home Occupation Class B)
Development Hearing February 2, 2026
Public comments will be heard beginning at 10:00 a.m. If you believe you will be affected by this proposed development, you may state your position (support or opposition) in person to the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) during the development hearing on January 19, 2026, in Council Chambers at 4900B–50 Street, Taber.
Alternatively, written comments can be delivered to Planning & Development, 4900B–50 Street, Taber, AB T1G 1T2, no later than 12:00 p.m. on January 29, 2026. Both written and verbal presentations will be accepted at the development hearing.

Legal Land Description: Block 1, Plan 9410733 within the SE¼ Sec. 23, Twp. 10, Rge. 15, W4M
View Notice: PROPOSED BYLAWS NO. 2028 & NO. 2029 Ben Dyck Area Structure Plan and Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Rezoning
Purpose: To establish the standards and requirements for a Grouped Country Mixed-Use subdivision and development on the land shown on the attached map.
How to Participate
Anyone wishing to submit written comments or speak in person at the Public Hearing must notify MD of Taber Administration by 12:00 noon on February 3, 2026. Both written and verbal presentations may be made at the Council Meeting.
