THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS: Discretionary Uses: DP 58-25; Lot 1 Blk 1 PL 0713002 within SE 13-10-16-W4 - Construct 5,000 sq ft shop DP 59-25; Lot 2 Blk 5 PL 3876R within Johnson's Addition - Construct 1,200 sq ft greenhouse DP 61-25; Lot 1 PL 8311037 within NW 10-10-16-W4 - Construct 2,138 sq ft dwelling secondary dwelling with an 841 sq ft attached garage Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. |
