THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS:    


Permitted Uses:

DP 10‑26; Lot 41 Block 44 Plan 1510055 in Grassy Lake - Install 8.64kW AC, 12kW DC roof mount solar array

Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.

Discretionary Uses:

DP 11‑26; Lot 1 Block 2 Plan 251140B in SW 4‑11‑16‑W4 – Change of use to an existing agricultural building to operate a fiberglass tank manufacturing business (Industrial Class B)

DP 16‑26; SE 6‑10‑14‑W4 – Install 150kW AC/193.4kW DC ground‑mount solar array

DP 17‑26; SW 26‑10‑16‑W4 – Construct 43,200 sq ft hay storage building (Primary Agricultural Class A)

Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice.
