Please be advised that on August 21st, 2024, MJB Enterprises will be closing 3rd Street N between Salvage Avenue and Driggs Avenue. The closure is expected to last until October 15th, 2024. (WEATHER PERMITTING)
For the duration of the closer, residents will only be accessible from the rear lane.
We understand that this is an inconvenience for you, and MJB Enterprises will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to complete the project. Your cooperation and patience in this endeavour will help them achieve this goal and minimize the impact this work will have.
Please use caution during the project as there will be heavy construction traffic in the area. Please stay clear of the construction area and follow all detour signage.
